Creating a white logo version

Hello,

 

I am trying to make a white version of the attached logo.  What is the easiest way to do so in Photoshop?

If you have the font, the easiest way would be to retype it in white text.  Put this image in a background layer and you can adjust the size, kerning, etc of the font on top of it until it matches up perfectly.  Rebuilding it this way will give you a super clean result.
