Creating multiple Photoshop Files with Excel data Containing file name and resolution.

I have a CSV file containing the file name in one column and its height and width in another column. Please help me if anyone knows about creating the file with resolution and its name referencing the CSV file

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you using existing image files and just trying to set the dimensions?
