Hi,

I am on Windows desktop and my Creative Cloud is not showing my installed apps / plugins etc.

Phootoshop is running, but I am unable to install plugins.

I have tried the solutions of removiing the OPM.db file, using the cleaner tool to remove the Creative Cloud app and re-install (currently ver 5.8.0.592) etc but nothing works.

Thanks for any advice.

Is my only option to uninstall all creative cloud and start again?

If I re-install Photoshop and Lightroom from Creative Cloud, even though I already have them installed, will it overright my settiings, and will I lose my extensions and plugins?

You are not on the current version of Creative cloud.

Even if you were on the current base version, there are a number of other installs for apps, files, libraries syncing.

Confirm you do not have pending updates by opening the Creative Cloud Desktop App, then clicking the Cloud icon.
