Creative Cloud only opens files using photoshop or fresco

I saved a photo that I edited to the creative cloud using photoshop but how could I open the same photo in lightroom? I go to the creative cloud and right click but there is no option to open using lightroom. Do I need to save the photo to my computer then open up lightroom and open the file there?
