Creative Cloud: Starting over on a Mac (from PC)

I'd been using CC - Photoshop & Lightroom - for a while (still very much at the bottom of the learning curve) when my PC's motherboard failed. I have backups. Decided for various reasons to switch to an iMac (24", M1 chip, 2021). Is there any advice you might give or be aware of about how to migrate PS/LR settings, preferences etc or is it a case of starting from scratch again?

You might want to bookmark the following pages…they are very useful for when you restore/migrate your personal Adobe application setups. They list almost everything important that you might have customized. Each page lists both macOS and Windows locations, so you can also use them to find the macOS equivalent file path for a certain settings file you want to bring over from Windows.
