Suppose we say there are many layers in layer panel. Is it possible to impliment crop tool to one layer without affecting other layers?

Eventhough one layer is selected and cropped, it cropped other layer as well.

Hi @MahaB82A when you use the crop tool - you crop the entire canvas not image layers.

Instead use the rectangular marquee tool to create a selection (you can edit the selection size under Select menu) then click the Mask button in your Layers panel to mask the individual layer.
