best I've el few years cs6 but my PC was part and now I can not activate more my cs6

Use your browser scroll bar to go to the foot of the page and choose your own region and  language

When English is not your first language, you need to give a very full description of your problem, to give the translator lots to work with.  But it sounds like you were unable to deactivate CS6, and now can not reinstall it.  Is that right?  Have you tried using customer support?  We are not Adobe staff here, so can't help with resetting your activations.
