CS6 License revoke, re enable help please

Hi, I purchased CS6 from the Adobe website, I still have the invoice where I Purchased it from Adobe ( it is not fake software), I can see the software in my Adobe Account( it is not fake), but when I want to register it , it tells me the License is revoked, how do I get it reactivated. I know it work on a version of mojave and other previous versions, I am not really bothered with the latest version of macOS, I also still run aperture

 

(with out being to rude, I dont need suggestions on how old the software is, or that I should get a CC subscription, I am aware it is old, and I do hace a CC sugestion 🙂  but want to get CS6 going again)

Activation is not the same as registering software.  You may register software only one time when you purchased it.  Activation is necessary to use the software.  If you have reached your activation limit, contact Adobe Support and ask them to reset your activation count.

When you contact Adobe Customer Care, be sure to follow Jain's instructions to type "agent". You may be told that CS6 is no longer supported, and that's true. You need to tell them that you only need to activate it. They are the only ones who can reset activations. Be sure to have the exact error message that you can put into the chat window.
