Cursor freezes and locks PS 25.12.0

Cursor freezes after a few edits

Photoshop 25.12.0

Macbook Pro OS Sequoia 15.0

This started after the last update

I can open an image and make a few edits but as soon as I move the cursor to the top Menu and try to save the file or any other choice on the menu the cursor freezes and I can’t do anything but “force quit PS”

I have reset preferences and turned off the Generator processor

Uninstalled PS and reinstalled PS

I can't use PS - how do I fix this?
