Cursor Moves by itself when using forward warp in Liquify

Hello,

I am using a Windows 10 machine.  Like the title says, everytime I try to use the forward warp tool in Liquify the cursor moves erratic.  The brush is uncontrollable rendering the tool useless.

Is the issue specifically with the forward warp tool or with any tool in liquify?

What graphics card(s) do you have installed?
