Why is it that I can VERY EASILY create a curved line in Preview (on my Macbook,) but it seems impossible to do in Photoshop!? This should be EASY! Yet the Line Tool will only create straight lines and the Curvature Pen Tool NEVER works! In Preview you create a straight line and then pull it from the center in the direction that you want the curve to go. In Photoshop, I've tried hundreds of times to get the Curvature Pen Tool to work like this and I can NEVER see it. Regardless of what I do! Even if I could get it to work, I want to know why this SIMPLE COMMAND is something that Preview can easily create but the much MUCH more expensive Photoshop can't seem to ever do? Why? How can I create a curved line in PS? Why is the Curvature Line Tool always invisible? Please Help!

I do not seem to be able to reproduce your problem, or maybe I misunderstood your description.

When I attempt to use the curvature pen tool, it's invisible. I will try to upload a video. But I'm able to do exactly what you're doing there, except when I click to create the line, I get the two end points, but in between it's invisible. Then when I try to click in the middle to move the line, it simply disappears.

Your video will help. Another thing you can try is to reset the Curvature tool to its defaults. Right-click the tool in the options bar (not Tools panel) and Reset tool. Set the mode to Path.
We are here to help, and you do not need to know how to use the tool before asking us.

Why are you upset about not knowing how to use a tool? If you don't understand something basic like this, consult the Help page about the tool first, then come here with questions that can't be answered.
In case you're unfamiliar with this process, i searched for:
https://www.google.com/search?q=curvature+pen+tool+photoshop
and the first link was:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/how-to/draw-edit-curves-curvature-tool.html#:~:text=The%20Curvatur....
which provided this info:
Click the Path Options button (gear icon) in the Options bar. Adjust path Thickness and Color.
Note: This only affects a path’s appearance and helps you to visualize the shape better. It has no effect on the stroke — you’ll specify that later when you apply color to the shapes.
The Rubber Band option lets you previsualize a path based on your cursor’s movement.

Hi, a video would tell us what you see... If you do not see the on-image information, maybe bake sure that view>Hide is not active, and check the options in that menu.
Some reported that they GPU acceleration was stopped, can you check in help>GPU status or post the contents of Help>system info?
Some also check "disable native canvas" in preferences>technology preview, then restart. it would tell us that the GPU has an issue with the new codebase.
