Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help.

Which version of Photoshop are you using?

To customize the toolbar, you can do the following steps:

  1. Choose Edit >Toolbar.
  2. In the Customize Toolbar dialog, if you see your missing tool in the Extra Tools list in the right column, drag it to the Toolbar list on the left.
  3. Click Done.

For more details, please check this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/bringing-back-tools.html

Let us know if this helps.

Regards,

Ranjisha

Are you asking about the Photoshop toolbar OR the Adobe Camera Raw (plug-in) toolbar?

If by "photoshop raw" you mean "Adobe Camera Raw", no you cannot customize the tools in that plugin.
