Dateiinformationen werden nicht angezeigt

Hallo 🙂 Habe seit Tagen das Problem, dass die Dateiinformationen in Photoshop nicht mehr angezeigt werden. Ich habe eine 2022 Version und die neueste Version installiert. Bei einer Version sehe ich im Protokoll, dass da die Information "Dateiinfos" angezeigt wird, das Fenster wird aber nicht geöffnet.

Habe schon folgendes versucht:

• Fenster neu anordnen
• Externen Bildschirm dazugeschlossen, weil ich vermutet habe, dass das Feld außerhalb vom Bildschirm ist.
• Version upgedatet
• MacOS auf Sequoia upgedatet
• Photoshop deinstalliert und neu installiert ohne die Einstellungen zu übernehmen
• Photoshop mit SHIFT gestartet

Es hat nichts davon geholfen.
