Hi, I'm helping a friend fault find an issue theyre having and looking for assistance as my forum searches are not throwing up an answer.
So my friend is a photographer and they edit several images at once as part of their workflow.
Up until the recent update when they saved the first image, and selected .jpeg all the following images that they went to save (all in the same state, i.e flattened images) would default to saving as jpeg as well
After the recent update whenever they go to save it always defaults to PSD when it never used to and were struggling to find a solution.
We understand that if theres any layers etc it would default to PSD but all their images finish in the same state i.e flattened and up until recently, after selecting the first to save as jpeg all the others would default to follow suit
any assistance would be much appreciated.
