Default text words occurring when text box is created

I believe this subject is probably been covered before however, I do not know how to get rid of this ridiculous random text words that occur when I create a text box. Is there someway to prevent this default text from occurring? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

To turn off the Lorem ipsum dolor ... placeholder text:

Preferences > Type: Fill new type layers with placeholder text

Yes go to Photoshop 2024>Settings (Preferences)>Type and uncheck Fill new type layers with placeholder text
