Deformación de objetos en photoshop

¡Buenos días team!

Necesito su ayuda con el software de adobe photoshop y realmente he tratado de encontrar una solución ya sea para activar o desactivar una función.

Sucede que estoy trabajando dentro de mi mesa y utilizo un objeto, trazo o un estilo y al cambiar de tamaño me cambia los valores haciendo que mi objeto (un rectángulo con redondeo) cambia a una elipse o un incluso parecido a un botón.

Por ejemplo:

¿Habrá alguna opción similar o igual en illustrator para photoshop en qué no importa que tan pequeño o grande sea el objeto no cambie su proporción?

In Photoshop, if you select the rectangle with the rounded corners, convert it to a Smart Object (Layer > Smart Objects > Convert to Smart Object or in the Layers panel, right-click to the right of the layer name and select Convert to Smart Object), then when you scale the shape down, it will proportionally scale the corners.

In Illustrator, you would go to Preferences, and in the General section, select Scale Corners.
