Ich habe noch einiger Zeit mein Photoshop aus meiner MasterEdition installiert und den im AdobeBackend hinterlegte Seriennummer eingegeben. Also auch auf mich registriert etc.

 

Trotzdem kommt die Fehlermeldung:

"Die eingegebene Seriennummer ist ungültig. Versuche es erneut."

 

Was kann ich tun?

Hi

Your serial number should be 24 digits as far as I remember, if you are using the correct serial number and it's not working, you'll need to contact Adobe Customer Care

Bedeutet das nun, dass das technische Problem auf Seiten von Adobe dazu führt, das ich meine ganze Master Collection nicht mehr nutzen kann? Wie ist sowas denn rechtlich zu betrachten? Ich wusste nicht, das die Adobe Produkte die gekauft wurden zeitlich begrenzt sind?!
Hat hierzu jemand eine Lösung oder eventue einen anderen Ansatz?

Which version do you use?

 

The activation servers for the older versions (CS - CS4 ) were taken offline years ago There is also no longer a link to the activation free installer because Adobe have ended that program.  CS - CS4 are officially dead now.

I got the CSMaster Collection 5.5 
The Photoshop is version 5.1 in that package.

If all is correct you must contact the Adobe Support. This is a public forum and we are normal users as you are.

thanks for your reply.
Yes, this is the weird thing...that Adobe Hotline told me, as you can see above (original Mail), to contact this forum to get a solution for their broken servers. unbelievable.

 

short story: they are not able to get my bought product to run! And they hide behind this forum.  

Reason: My Serial ist ok. Servers made a bad registry. That is now my problem.

If here is any Adobe Staff here - I want my Master Collection CS5.5 back. Any suggestions?
