Delay occurred when dragging the window of PS2022

as the gif and video shows, when dragging the window of PS2022, the window moves slower than the mouse. I can't figure out what's the reason.

我也是活久见。我只能回退到2017才能正常使用，2018也可以。我测试过，从2019开始就出现了这个问题。

I have not seen this lag before either. Not sure if this is Photoshop related or not since you are dragging the application window around. Do you see a lag in the application itself with redraw speeds or brush usage?

nope,no lag in the app as I using it. It occurrs only when I dragging the window around.

yet, there is still another interesting problem. I found that the smaller the window is , the more lag it became.
