Deleted shortcuts in photoshop wont stay deleted

In edit -> keyboard shortcut -> tools -> previous brush (,) & next brush (.) when deleted they wont stay disabled and still switch brushes.

any insights to why this is?

i want "," and "." To be disabled. To be clear

Could you give us a bit more detail about the issue? Which version of Photoshop are you using, and which shortcuts are you trying to turn off?
