Deleting objects can still see the shapes and the background gets messed up

I have been trying to delete 3 people from this photograph but it does not completely do the job as I can see outlines of the cutout people and it also screws up the rest of the photo any reason why?I can still see blobs

As always, there are multiple ways to do the same task. When you say 'Delete', I assume you've used the new 'One-Click Delete and Fill' option. 

Try using the Content-Aware Remove tool in the Adobe Camera Raw Filter.

• Go to Filters > Convert for Smart Filters (Optional) >  Camera Raw Filter
• Follow the steps in this article to use the Content-Aware Remove tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/whats-new/2023.html

You'll have the ability to 'Refresh' the outcome to have a refined output.
