Desabilitar bullet list automatica

Pessoal, estou com um problema bem chato há varios dias, ao escrever qualquer coisa, quando digito o caracter + ou - ele cria uma Bullet List e não consigo desfazer essa opção de maneira alguma. Já olhei alguns videos no YT porém no meu photoshop 2024 mac não tem essas opções.

Alguém já conseguiu resolver?

Hey, @hudson_2907. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll clarify this for you. 

You'll need to update the version of Photoshop you're working on to get the option to disable auto-bulleting in the Type Tool 

Also, you can create custom bullets by using the keyboard as follows:

• * <space>
• # <space>
• > <space>
• + <space>
