Did you try rebooting? Or running Profile First Aid (in the ColorSync utility)?
Is only Photoshop not showing the profiles? A new install there shouldn't affect the printer profiles at all.
Another thing you can try:
Quit Photoshop if running.
Relaunch Photoshop and open the file that you want to print.
Press the Spacebar on your keyboard before you click File > Print. This process resets printer preferences that have been written into the image.
