Desfoque tipo lente desativado

Bom dia!

Estou tentando aplicar o filtro de desforque de lente em um imagem, porém este recurso esta aparecendo como desativado.

Eu tentei tanto com a imagem Convertida para objeto intelinente, quanto sem converter

Estou com as seguinte configurações de cores: RGB  e 8bit

Alguém pode me ajudar a resolver este problema?imagem_2024-01-27_091445099.png
