I don't really have ideas why it doesn't work.

What exactly is the problem? I suggest that you download Creative Cloud here:

Adobe creative desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud

Install Photoshop and then choose buy.

You can't buy Photoshop outright, you have to subscribe and pay monthly – the Photography Plan costs around $10 a month and includes Photoshop, with updates as they become available, and Lightroom. Download the Creative Cloud app and subscribe from there, though you can try the trial version first to see if it suits and (and your computer).

If you want to add a screen shot to this forum you can drag it on the message area or use the insert image icon at the top of the panel – JPGs and PNGs only.

I have yet one subscription with Acrobat... I thought that may have a link with this ?

Canada comes up on the list of resellers. You can try that or try Customer Service: Contact Customer Care, keeping in mind that today is Sunday.
