Did Adobe Kill Brush Rotation Shortcuts?

Did Adobe remove the ability to rotate the brush using a keyboard shortcut while using the Clone Stamp tool? I can only find shortcuts for changing brush size and hardness, but rotation is missing—even in the keyboard shortcuts settings.
When cloning complex areas, this is essential—like along the edge of a strap or a shirt.

@.random.. no it works for me. In your 'Toolbar,' at the bottom is 'Edit Toolbar' ...check to see if the Clone Stamp and Rotate tool is there. You can also cycle through the tools by holding the 'Shift' key and the keyboard shortcut. For example, the Clone Stamp would be S ... to cycle through it would Shift S . Granted, I still haven't found anyone using the Pattern Clone Stamp too.
I will admit I love the Clone Stamp tool. I still called it the Rubber Stamp tool which is when I learnt Photoshop, that's what it was called back in those days. But, with some of the new tools such as Patch Tool, Content-Aware Move Tool and now, the 'Retouching Tool,' I have to say, that 'Retouching Tool' is now my favorite tool - you gotta try...it's a game changer for me.... much faster than the clone stamp for sure!
The Rotate tool is still there.

If you mean rotating the clone source… Well, it works in version 26.3, see the demo below while watching the clone source rotation angle field in the Clone Source panel. (The shortcut overlay is added by my screen capture software.)
So the shortcuts were not killed, but might now be poorly documented, or something like that. I had to do a web search to find out what the shortcuts are supposed to be. I learned that, at least on a Mac, they’re:
Rotate clone source clockwise = Option+Shift+>
Rotate clone source counterclockwise = Option+Shift+<
