Disable Sign out in Photoshop

Hi everyone, is there any way to hide or disable the menu item " SignIn / Sign Out "  in Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)? Maybe using the registry keys? We are an academic center with our own accounts signed in in our computers and we do not want our students siging out these accounts, just using it. Thanks.

You can hide it in Edit > Menus.

Menus are fully customizable, as are keyboard shortcuts and the toolbar..
