Did you create or downlod the dsiplacement-psd-file? 

Could you please post screenshots to illustrate your situation?

This file is created[t-0.7] and used[t-1.15].

So what is the problem? 

Did you create the file and is there a problem with selecting it? 

Are you applying the Filter to to a Smart Object or did you imprudently apply it destructively? 

And what about screenshots?
