Do you know how to increase quality in 2-3x enhanced illustration?

I need good quality with watercolor style.

Generetive fill? Firefly? or any other AI can do this?

In Photoshop, you can try Super Zoom in Neural Filters (Filter > Neural Filters).

In Camera Raw (not the filter) or Lightroom, you can try Super Resolution in Enhance (Photo > Enhance).
