Hi this is my second time posting about this and there has been no success on this issue as of yet. I continue to have issues with the document presets page. It seems that ALL of my document presets have gone missing, I have tried the legacy version but it still does not show up with the preset sizes.

Please try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences
Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#backup-photoshop-preferences
Try to set the option "Use Legacy "New Document" interface" in the preferences.

I have tried both methods you have provided on both the 24.0 and 25.0 version of photoshop and they continue to not show up with in the new blank document presets.

Do you have tried to reset the preferences?
If this doesn't help I would try this:
Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Application to uninstall Photoshop. When asked, keep preferences! After this reinstall Photoshop again. If this doesn't help try the reinstallation with removing the preferences also.

I have tried both of these suggestions and they both do nothing to fix my issue of missing blank document presets.

So the weird thing is that the standard version from 24.0 to 25.0 for some reason have the blank documents missing issue but when I downloaded the beta version they happen to reappear. And it also seems to also not have the tool bar bug that makes the tool bar show up with no icons on it. Not really a fix but something about the beta version seems to not have the same issues as these current stable releases.
