Does video editing possible in cs5 photoshop?

I tried to edit a video & I have PS CS5 version 12.0 but there is no option like video layers.

Does this version supports video editing?

What version of CS5 do you have, as far as I'm aware the video editing feature is only available with the extended version

Ok so If I ask that what do you exactly mean by basic here. Can I add effects like callouts or zoom in zoom out or highlighting or adding any text? My purpose is to create demo videos and for that I have to play with both audio and video but I am stuck with CS5.

There is some support for video editing in Photoshop CS5 Extended (even as far back as CS3 Extended), but not on the standard versions of Photoshop CS3-CS5:
