drop down Menu select slow

After i download the neural filters, photoshop start to slow down when i point drop menu to drop menu, they open with small lag, i can see them transparent before they open.

the rest photoshop is ok, maybe(im not sure) a very small lag on curves while i move them up down, not so smooth movement.

Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

It may also help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
