Droplets, Batch, and Inserting Stops

Hi, I would like to use droplet to automate and batch edit some actions that I have created. In my actions, I have inserted stops where I would like to mask out part of the effect from say a subject's face. I have not been able to successfully run a batch edit with stops as described above.  Everytime I try and stop the action to brush something out of the image, it tells me it has to stop the droplet. Is there a way that you know how to do this? Thank you.

I don't think you can do this with actions and droplets, it would have to be a script.

There are several programs/scripts available to do this sort of thing, as an example here are a few:-
