Duplicate options listed for layer styles

I have two laptops currently running current photoshop. This happens on the older computer..

When choosing layer styles all choices are listed twice. Anyone ever see this happen?

What version of photoshop and operating system are you using?

Restting the photoshop preferences may solve the issue:

Perhaps you accidentally clicked on "Append Default Styles".
