We pay a fortune for things that never work.

You used to be for the people. For creatives.

Now you're just a faceless corporation of thieves.

No wonder everyone is moving on...

I get it now.

Funny enough you are describing exactly what I call the "shiny Mac syndrome". This was a problem in the old days 20 years ago and has only gotten worse in recent years. The simple gist of it is that with every release the system requirements are simply ramped up while at the same time compatibility testing with older hardware is massively neglected as if a computer's lifecycle never exceeded two years and they didn't have any other software on them. Hence the massive problems for many of Adobe's products as soon as they encounter what on software developer circles euphemistically is called "a non-standard configuration" and that simply is ridiculous. People can't throw out old computers every few years just because Adobe thinks we should. And in recent time this has been massively exacerbated by Adobe's lack of vision and leadership where features that chain users to cloud-based features and subscription and secure the cash flow are more important than actually getting basic stuff working plus their inability to adapt to developments in the underlying operating systems and associated drivers for which not least of all the constant issues with GPU-accelerated features (among millions of other things) are proof enough. Point in case: Be glad things work on your end, but Adobe software is turning sour for many users...

No need to use profane language. It will only get your post locked, moved and yourself possibly banned. We all know that Adobe's products are not so great anymore, but explaining things calmly is more useful than cursing around. It may at least get some of your issues resolved rather than everyone ignoring your post because of its wording...
