Hallo,

Hi
If you're referring to this, it's a Smart Object, you need to double click on it on order to be able to edit it
It would be better if you posted a full screenshot of the Photoshop interface with all the pertinent panels opened

Thank you for your answer.
But that is not what I meant.
Yes, this is a SmartObject that is under a layer.
In the new version I can no longer bring the SMO in this position or have forgotten ide key cobination to enable this.
I think before I just had to move it between the two objects.

Guten tag!
You created a clipping mask by doing an ALT+click between the two layers in the layers panel.
It masks/clips the top layer with the opacity of the bottom layer.
A shortcut is CTRL+ALT+G (Pc) or CMD+OPT+G (Mac) when you have the top layer selected.

You can add other layers in this clipping group by sliding them between the clipping and the clipped layer, then back up, or by also alt+clicking between the layers if you place the new one on top of the clipped layer.

Thanks all for the help!
that's not how it worked, but the way was already the decisive thing.
For me, it worked now only with alt+cmd+G on the mac (Adobe PS Version 24.0.0)
But thanks a lot.
