Hi
One of our photographers has a problem that occasionally when he moves a picture he is working on it seems to leave a copy of itself on the screen so he ends up with a kaleidoscope effect on his screen. Does anybody happen to know what may be causing this.
We have reset his preferences no end of times. His memory is running at about 50% and CPU is at around 30% . The longest time he has managed to work fine was when we cleared out his font cache.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Hi
Not sure I will pass this on to the person using it as doesn't happen everytime it seems to work for a while and then randomly starts giving him the problem. We have 4 photgraphers and he is the only one having the problem. They all have the same setup and are configured the same.
Thanks for getting back so quick.
Kind Regards

Are you sure they have identical GPUs and GPU drivers?
