Having a pretty big probelm with my workflow that is usally smooth. I was editing some portraits by toggling between lightrrom & photoshop. I like to do initial edits in LR, then detailed retouching in PS, and then I go back into LR to crop the image. Then I export the fial images in LR. The new issue is my final export (from LR) . The images are coming out looking totally different. The coloring is showing up fine in the LR previews, so it's only the final exported jpgs that have psychadellic yellow & blue coloring. I tried troubleshooting this to no avail. I tried saving as a jpg in PS after retouching (instead of a tiff) - then I imported that jpg into LR. I got the same strange coloring with a final LR export.
I also noticed that my photoshop color profile somehow changed to profoto RGB— I'm assuming that's connected? Did this prefence change in a recent update? I tried exporting in LR with "profoto RGB" prefences and it still yeilds the wrong coloring.
I ended up just exporting the final jpgs from PS directly. That worked fine, but I am concerneded about future projects where I'll want to finalize and do a big lightoom export at the end of a larger edit.
I shoot on a Nikon d850 and my raw files are NEF if that's of relevance.
The correct coloring is on the left, with the strange coloring on the right. The coloring on the right is only showing up after the LR export.
