Although I had it all applied as you can see in my screenshot, I had to apply it as well while I had the filter activated. You put me on the track, thank you very much. Now, i's all right!
I have had this problem on several occasions, sometimes I saw it correct and other times I did not, now I understand. I just contacted Adobe, but they have not been able to fix my problem.

Hola, yo he probado todo esto y sigue sin funcionar.
Tengo Photoshop en mi Macbook Pro. 13 inch.
2,3 GHz Intel Core i5 de 4 núcleos
No se qué hacer. He instalado Photoshop varias veces, pero no puedo regular las luces del Filtro de Efectos de iluminación.

Tengo un macbook air con procesador M1 y el efecto de iluminacion no funciona, solo pone la luz en un lugar aleatorio y no puedo moverla o ajustarla a mi gusto, no se que hacer al respecto y no encuentro respuesta por ningun lado.
