Embedded Photos

My embedded photos aren't blending properly. When no matter what I try there seems to be a clear rectangle out lining the photo. Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this.

Please take a proper screenshot, using screenshot software rather than a camera, and include the layers panel as well as the image. That way we can see what you are blending.
