Epson cs P800 printing size issue

Hi all,

I'm trying to print a 12" x 16" 300dpi image onto a sheet of 13" x 19" photo paper and every time it prints around 90% smaller (14 5/8" x 11"). "Scale to fit to media" has always been unchecked and the scale of printing is always 100%. I have tried printing from Photoshop (with and without crop marks), Acrobat, and Preview and I get the same problem. I've also downloaded the newest driver for my OS, and restarted, and still the same issue. For the custom paper size, the margins are set to 0", and the same thing happened with it set to 0.25". The printer is set to 13" x 19" photo luster paper, which is the paper I'm feeding into the front-loading tray.

Any advice on how to get this to print the 100% size is appreciated.

You can try  the Scale section and  increase the Height by 10% to make up for the deficit. I'm not an expert on the Epson C800, so this is a workaround until someone more knowledgeable steps in.

In my own experience with my Brother inkjet, choosing correct paper type sometimes inserts margins, so I pick Plain Paper, but that's a kluge.
