ERRO DE NÃO CRIAR UM NOVO DOCUMENTO 2026 (VERSÃO 26.6)

- toda vez que irei criar um novo documento ou abrir um documento existente, ele simplesmente não abre, parece que toda vez que clico em criar ou abrir, não vai.

Preciso dessa ajuda URGENTE.

Welcome to the Photoshop Community! I need a bit more information to better understand the issue. Are you seeing any error messages? Did this also occur in previous versions of Photoshop?

It would also be helpful if you could share your system info. You can find this by going to Help > System Info in Photoshop, then copy and paste the details into a text file and attach it to your response.

não apareceu nenhuma mensagem, ocorreu sim em outras versões anteriores.

Got it. Can you share your system info? You can find this by going to Help > System info while in Photoshop. Copy and paste everything and attach it to your response. 

May I also ask if you move the Photoshop window, do you see the files you created or opened?  Do you see any of them in history?
