error barra de herramientas

Hola, tengo este problema con la barra de herramientas de photoshop en su ultima versión, es que no me salen los iconos de la barra, ya entre a editar la barra pero no me aparecen los iconos, alguien sabe como solucionarlo?

Are you definitely using 25.0.0 ?
