Error: i am unable to create a file in this folder

Hi! 

When saving new files, Photoshop sometimes can't do that, showing error message "i am unable to create a file in this folder". Each 10 opened photos, a variabile number of them (1-4) fail the save process, and I have to save them a seconda time. 

Tried saving on different drives (hdd or ssd).

Running Photoshop 25.12.4 on windows 10.

Please go to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us. 

Does this happen while saving to external drives or your computer's internal storage as well?

If it happens for both, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/445dXUc
