Error in Downloading

Hello Community, I'm Luna and I have Youtube channer about trending vaps. I've changed my system. So I was downloading Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Illustrator downloaded succesfull but I don't what type of issue its showing while downloading photoshop. I've clear cache and all the stuffs. Please let me know that how can i solve this.

@Luna_Grace0050 how are you downloading/installing Photoshop, are you using the Adobe Creative Cloud app.

Do you have a Creative Cloud subscription, the link I posted above is the official way to download and install Adobe apps
