Error in getting started in photoshop

My photoshop isn't working for the last 15 days. It doesn't open any file or photo from my computer or it doesn't even get close on my computer, I have to close it from the taskbar.

I uninstalled and reinstalled for around 5 to 7 times but it shows the same error.
