Error in Photoshop 22.4.2 on Windows - Menu bar not visibile in application

I installed and unistalled many times and the same thing keeps happening. The menu bar doesn´t appear in my desktop, but when I put the mouse over it, it shows what it was supposed to. What do I do?

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop 22.4.2 due to the missing menu bar. Please try updating Photoshop to 22.4.3 to check if that helps.
