I've been trying to install Photoshop for a few hours and have resolved many errors. Now I'm at '113' which says I should let Adobe's installer through the Firewall. I turned off the firewall. I still get 113. What is dismaying is that I get the 113 at different points. One time it is 11% downloaded, another time it is 18%. If the software is downloading what later blocks it? My hosts file is empty, I turned off my firewall. My Virus scanner is Windows Defender, which ships with Windows. I uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and reinstalled it to make everything fresh, but no avail.
This software is not adequate for me -- Photoshop Express, but that installed with no issues. I'm uninstalling it now so I can make way for Photoshop proper. I want to highlight that this isuse seems specific to Photoshop.
