Error Launching the app vcruntime140.dll and msvcp140.dll

I have downloaded creative cloud and still getting the same error messages.

Can't launch Creative Cloud. Have tried several times to reinstall the app and also have set pc to factory settings. Please help!

What version of Photoshop are you running? This was from 2020.

Thank you...I had to "Modify" (update) all the Microsoft Visual C++ that were installed in my machine.  Then I downloaded the Adobe Cloud apps and it worked.  Thanks again!!
