Error messae when I try to open a specific PS file large

Hi,

 

I got this message when a try yo open a large 6mg PSF file. Is there a way to go arounf that. I need to see all the work done on the image. Here is the message I got, It is in french. It transtales to: Could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered. Is there a way to open it. Thanks

Unexpected end-of-file is a corrupt file. Corrupt files are very rarely recoverable.

 

File corruption is always caused by failing hardware. Not to jump to conclusions, but since you're not giving any details: a very common scenario is saving directly to external storage and/or over a network connection. External drives get bumped around a lot, causing cables and connectors to become unstable. Save locally, then copy over.
