Error message/photo won't open Sonoma 14.2

I'm unable to open any (nothing, nada, zilch) photo files in Photoshop now that I've upgraded to Sonoma 142. Yes, Photoshop is upgraded to version 25.3.1. Am I the only person having this issue?
